We currently ship to all locations within India. International shipping may be available on request — please contact us for more information.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹5,000. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 will be applied at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of order.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status on our website or directly through the courier partner portal.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Mina Jewellery is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
