30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Custom-made and personalised items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@minajewellery.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
